社員旅行の意義
毎年、この時期に社員旅行に行きます。
その意義をあらためて考えてみた。
①会社の目指す方向性の再確認を、場所をかえて
行うことによって、効果あるものにする。
不思議と高い目標が、達成できるような気持ちになる。
②寝食を共にすることで、いつもと違うコミュニケーションを取り
より一体感を高める。
③社員への感謝の気持ち
個人、個人がリフレッシュし、目標達成のための
新たな 心の準備、切り替えになれば。
思いついたままを書いてみました。
これから出発します。
