人間力
仕事を通じて人間力を高める
ランディックスの基本理念です。
挨拶はしっかり！
もっと大きな声で！
身の回りの整理整頓！
最近、スタッフに厳しく注意することがよくありますが
すべて、仕事を通じて人間力を高めるための
基本中の基本だと思っています。
ランディックスの第二創業期をスタートさせ
更なるステージアップを目指している今
もっとも大事なことではないかと考えています。
スタッフ一人一人の立場になって考えてみても
とても重要なことで、たとえば永い人生の中で
大きなピンチにぶつかっても
人間力とすぐれたコミュニケーション能力があれば
軽く突破することができるでしょう。
仕事の知識を身につけていくことはもちろん大事ですが
もっともっと人間力をつけることに
力をそそいで行こうよ！！
